Wafer Bonding Technology

The MED7P14 and MED7P14C have improved the extraction efficiency of light by attaching a metal mirror to the lower layer of the emitting layer. They achieve twice the light output compared to previous products. Furthermore, we have developed the MED7P25, which offers even higher light output.
The new product MED7P25 has twice the output power of our current product MED7P14 and MED7P14C.
According to our measurement, MED7P25 has higher output power than other Point Source LED from major manufacturer.
