In response to growing market demand for use in high-temperature environments exceeding 85℃, we have recently conducted an electrical characteristic evaluation of our infrared point source LEDs (MED8P series) under high-temperature and high-current conditions, as well as a 1,000-hour continuous current test, confirming stable operation. Based on these results, we will be changing the absolute maximum ratings of the relevant products. Please note that absolute maximum ratings do not guarantee long-term reliability. Please be sure to use the products within the rated limits and thoroughly evaluate their reliability before use.
